Another project where AW Services of Canada engaged Black Dog Project Services to carry out due diligence and project delivery of their second location situated in the financial district in downtown Toronto.
Scope of work included design, project delivery, coordination with landlord in any base building work, design coordination with AW, management of consultants and general contractors from site section to project handover.
Work was completed in December 2025 and opened January 2026.
