CHCH Television Studios

CHCH Television is an independent television broadcasting company based out of Hamilton, Ontario.    

In the summer of 2020, Black Dog Project Services was engaged to provide support to a project that had already been initiated as a Design Build and had challenges around cost control, scheduling and municipal approvals.  In collaboration with all parties we converted this contract to a fixed price and put in controls around cost and scheduling providing full transparency to the client.

Additional support was provided in design, branding and in project delivery from permit application to project handover.   Services included the procurement, and negotiations of contracts with oversight of key consultants and vendors such as furniture suppliers and specialty studio design consultants.

In 2022, their new television broadcasting studios  was delivered with open concept offices with the latest integrated technology in broadcasting and modern interiors for their growth for the future.  The new studios feature sound attenuated stages for broadcasting and production, and a fully branded building representing their culture and history.
