Stratagem Studios is a global leader in providing studio infrastructure, production service, content development, and financing across the global media landscape.   

In the summer of 2020, we were engaged to assist Stratagem Studios in an exciting project to deliver 100,000 s.f. of top tier global stages  as part of a conversion of an existing industrial building into film stages, production studios and offices in a multi-tenanted environment. The entire facility is comprised of 250,000 s.f. situated over 12 acres of land. The converted stages are clear span and sound attenuated stages - two of which are the largest clear span stages in North America.

Our mandate included overall project management, capital reporting, design and value engineering  to reduce capital investment while maintaining an aggressive schedule to deliver a top tier shooting environment for a highly regarded Hollywood film production for January 2021.    Our team of consultants, general contractors and subtrades were able to build out this space within seven months under the pressure of Covid restrictions and constraints without any delays in production.
