A&W Food Services of Canada

A&W Food Services of Canada engaged Black Dog Project Services in 2021 to support their execution of urban restaurants in Toronto, Ontario.   Since then we have become an extension to the A&W Design and Construction team, executing projects across Ontario for both urban and rural freestanding restaurants. 
 
Oversight of all the projects include project management services throughout the life cycle of new restaurant openings.  Accountability ranges from maintaining landlord relationships, budgeting, scheduling, managing of consultants, general contractors, reporting and overall project execution to handover.   

A&W and Black Dog also share similar values and a culture which complemented the partnership and which continues today.
