Wurth is a global company and leading supplier to the industrial sector including institutional construction, automotive and trucking.
Wurth Canada partnered with Black Dog Project Services to execute this first flagship location that tested the 24/7 format for the first time in Canada.
The project scope began with our involvement in lease negotiations and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure the interests of Wurth were respected in any long term agreement. Our involvement included review of procurement agreements , negotiations and review of terms and conditions with 3rd party vendors from Europe to ensure a seamless execution of the project.
Oversight of this design build project included vendor management, design development, and construction management. The success of this project has resulted in other related projects with Wurth as we have now become an extension of their team and representing them in initiatives ranging from industrial warehouse expansion projects to the retail roll out of their strategic growth plan for Canada.
