Design and project delivery of warehouse expansion and redesign.  Scope includes office upgrade, distribution area reconfiguration and expansion of 16,000 s.f. Expected delivery 2027.

Oversight of real estate transaction, design and project delivery of new 43,000 s.f. distribution warehouse, office and retail space - Mississauga location.   Completed January 2025.

As an extension of the A&W's Design + Construction department, current mandate is the project  delivery of new restaurants.   Formats include free-standing and urban locations in Ontario as part of the national rollout strategy.

Design Build and project delivery oversight of television broadcast studios, production studios, and offices for independent television station from Hamilton, Ontario.   (Completed January 2022)

Stratagem
studios

Conversion of 250,000 s.f of industrial space into top tier filming environments comprised of 100,000 s.f. of clear span sound stages, 140,000 s.f. of combined mill shops, wardrobe, make-up, production offices and backlot situated over 12 acres of land in Toronto, Ontario.  Production included Marvel's Hawkeye, Secret Invasion and Paramount's Mayor of Kingstown.
